I have a passion for bookkeeping and enjoy creating policies and proceedures for transparancy and audit trail purposes. My clients love that there office is now paperless and they can access any document quickly and efficiently anywhere anytime. Clients are able to approve the weekly purchases/accounts payable, on or off site, so I can process and schedule there bill payments to roll out from there bank by there due dates. This process really proved it's strength during COVID-19 it was business as usual.

Internal PROCESSES

Each week...

  • ... we code and publish your Hubdoc uploads and match them to bank account transactions. We keep your Xero file completely up-to-date so you can monitor your finances and business growth in real time.

Each month...

  • ... we make sure the transactions in Xero exactly match with your bank statements. If they don't, we find out why and fix it. This is the step that will save you $$$ with your accountant at the end of the year!

Each financial quarter...

  • ... we completely review your file before BAS lodgement to make sure that it is 100% correct. This includes things like checking you have paid staff correctly and liasing with your accountant about tax deductions.
